A. If a Ministry of Health funded organization (not referring to the CPSO) repeatedly reiterates what they know will be interpreted as a threat, then is it not logical to assume that they have knowingly given the threat? Isn't a threat to cause harm or death a criminal offence in most of Canada?
B. Last year, in Nova Scotia a doctor pleaded guilty to the criminal offence of causing an indignity to human remains by storing human remains in a storage facility (Click here to see a reference). Thank you for your letter about your personal situation.
I note that you have sent a copy of your letter to my colleague, the Honourable Tony Clement, Minister of Health and Long-Term Care. I trust that the minister will also find your views to be of interest.
I appreciate having this matter brought to my personal attention.
